Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping time I ship internationally. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Sweden: 1-5 business days
- EU countries: 2–4 weeks
- Rest of the world: 3–6 weeks, depending on the country.
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Tracking is available.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Shipping Options I offer standard and tracked shipping when available. Standard shipping means your order is shipped untracked. If the "with tracking" option is not visible at checkout, it means I'm unable to ship tracked to your country.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside Sweden, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact me at qinmo.art@gmail.com and I'll do my best to help. Please note that I am not responsible for orders lost in delivery, as this is outside of my control.
