When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your order. Once I have shipped your order, the shipping times depends on your location and circumstances.
Domestic shipping may take 1-5 business days.
Shipping in EU may take 2-4 weeks.
Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?
Customers outside of Sweden are responsible for customs fees, import duties or taxes.
What does standard shipping mean?
I offer standard and tracked shipping when it is available. Standard shipping means that the order is shipped untracked.
If you can't see the "with tracking" shipping option, it unfortunately means that I cannot ship to your country.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. I do not accept exchanges and no refunds unless the items are damaged or wrong.
I am not responsible for orders lost in the delivery as it is out of my control.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible at qinmo.art@gmail.com for any changes or cancellations. The order can not be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Where are you shipping from?
Everything is made by me and shipped from Sweden.
